It deleted my story D:

It deleted my story! I'm so upset! Every time I go under 'My Works' its not there!!!!

i posted a new story and it was there for a little while but went away so i re posted it and someone commented then when i went on to check it my sotrys were there but i oculdn't see them and it said there was an error.

Also when i click the link from the email i got it goes onto the story i wrote whats going on and how can i fix it?

Okay so I have a draft that I finished writing, but I'm still not trying to post anything. However, I went to my works and clicked the edit button but it told me it was unavailable, now its not showing up at all. Is there any way for me to get it back??

okay so I just changed my username then in my profile it says my story is no longer available but when I checked in 'my works' it's still there. why is it like that??

I started a new story called Love Me, But Let My Heart Be. All I uploaded was the prologue, but it wont show up in My Works, so I can't add anymore. Oh and the cover disappeared so I keep re-adding it, but it keeps going away. I can do without the cover, but I just want it to show up in My Works to I can add more.
What's wrong with it?

i uploaded a poem and fixed the story book it was in but when i logged back in later it had reverted back to how it was before. it only shows up  on my profile page so i cant delete it from my works. the name of the story book is Revolution and that is also the name of the poem in the story book if it is posible for some one in charge to delete it for me that would be really great if not can some one tell me how to fix the problem my self.

I uploaded a story a few hours ago, and when I came back to do another chapter, poof, gone.  I am so beyond irritated because I have had to rewrite this story twice due to my story freezing when I try to save.

I have saved and published two chapters for my story LAB RATS but i cant find it when i type in the name on search. Will others be able to find it?

I recently changed my Wattpad name and since then when I look for my works on my About Me, my works don't appear. Is there anyway to make them appear or will they appear themselves after a while or are they not going to show up again?

For people who can't search stories, are they R rated? Do they have tags?

FOr people who have changed their names, just wait. It'll sort it self out eventually.

its been 4 days! my works still does not appear

So I changed my username and when i logged back onto my profile after changing it, all my stories disappeared. and its been over a week and they are still not back. I can find them when i go under the search bar, but they just aren't on my wall anymore so i have no idea if people are commenting/reading/voting anymore! Please help! thanks.

I have 3 stories uploaded, but I cannot access the,m. When I go to my profile it  says my works are unavailable, or I have none.  My friends can get to them, why cant I get to my own things?

I posted my story about an hour ago and my 1st chapter disapeared. the prologue and the 2nd chapter is still there though which is really weird...

i have got 25 chapters of my story 'you will always be my angel' when i upload 26th one it just disappear after a while..... i uploaded it again and then there were two 26 chapters... i deleted the 2nd one and i checked after a while...  1st one was also gone.... i did this twice... but same problem is repeating... i promoted my chapter on facebook and i can open it from there only....... wt am i suppose to  do......??? :((

I've tried to update two stories and upload one new one. I have repost the two updates and my new story disappeared before I could upload the next chapter.

Now the other two updates disappeared again and the new story still hasn't reappeared. 

I'm in the process of moving several stories from different websites, stories that I've spent MONTHS working on, and I can provide several links to each of them, those are fine.

My two newest works in progress, "Unchained" and "The dangers of Myspace blogs and Facebook notes" got the boot, "Dangers" is no longer there, and "Unchained" got pretty much gutted, with one entry left.

As far as I know, I'm the original author of both "Unchained", and the modified posts in "Dangers". "Dangers" is rated r because is has swearing in it,  so does "unchained", but neither of them have uber descriptive violence in them.

Is there anyway I can get these back to their former glory? If not, I'll just redo everything.

NOW MY WHOLE ENTIRE BODY OF WORK IS GONE!?

I had 2 or 3 of my most favorite poems deleted, i had them there a while ago but then they disappeared  I've searched and searched for hours trying to find it but it won't show up. I don't know how to get it back and i don't know why it is gone

hi, i posted up my new story called love bite and for a few hours it was fine. then the first chapter dissapeared. after a while it came back and then my thrid chapter dissapeared. i thought maybe i would take it down but when i checked my work it wasn't there! it appears on my profile but i cant upload or anything. please help.

I posted a new chapter of my story a couple of hours ago. I received the email notification and all, but when I checked it, it's gone.

I have received messages that the last chapter I posted is now available for readers. I tried refreshing it but the problem persists. Also fans are saying that their comments are not showing up.

I posted a chapter and it was my longest one yet. I worked for hours on it and the whole things gone. It was a draft and I was just going to edit it. I have to start to write it all over again now.

I cant upload anything, i cant answer people who contact me, i cant see my story and i cant even see my profile! My username pics gone weird as well! I hope this is fixed soon...

Why is my work disappearing slowly? every time I go to my profile I see the something is gone. My fans are gone it says I have zero and some of my votes and comments and my chapters are disappearing too!!!! And I'm really going crazy. I haven't saved my story any where else!! I really need help here!!

I uploaded my story last night. There were two parts...And I even had a cover but when I went to read it through..it says it was unavailable and on my profile it shows it but it says it has no reads and no parts or pages...But if  go through my works it doesn't show up at all...Help?!

My chapters do get posted, but soon afterwards they disappear, then partially return again. When will this be fixed? 

Ugh wattpad is acting stupid on me!!!!!!! >:(

I just joined yesterday and it says that my username and password are wrong so I have to keep redoing my password and it won't show me my profile and it says I can't be found when I click on my profile.

i added a Chapter To My story The F.A.M.E. and it's not showing up! i don't really remember what I posted and It's not on my computer!

When I changed my name, it made all my stories disappear, but when I came back a few days later, they showed on my works but not on my profile, Then, when I posted a new chapter of one of my stories, they came back! I was so happy!

my story doesn't even come up in my draft but if i go on another divice it shows up

I saved my story but when i went to check up on it, it wasn't there anymore. I just lost about 2 pages worth! It was called The Changing of the Wizarding World.

I uploaded a new chapter yesterday for Resting In Secret and it was there. And now it's not. On my profile it says there are four parts, and 18 pages or however many pages it is on this website, but when I tried to read it to see where I'd stopped so I didn't get confused as what to copy and paste for my next chapter it was gone. I can't go to the file on my desktop and look it up because all my chapters are on one file (which will now be set into individual files) and it's confusing me. When the bug is fixed will my chapter be back up or will I have to upload it again?

OK so this is what happen to me yesterday I uploaded a chapter and then it said it was unavailable so restarted my browser to try it again. Then it worked but this time it changed the name I had back to the one I used as a draft. Then I tried logging out then back in and it came with the right name. Then since I already had another chapter written I uploaded it and It came up right when I checked but the chapter before it disappeared. So I got annoyed and turned my computer off and went to sleep. I woke up this morning to see if it was any different. Both chapters were there and had the right names, but then I tried making a new story and I got two chapters in. I came back a little later after I finished reading another story and found that the new story I made completely gone, and not unavailable this time but not even there and I am pretty sure I published it. So pretty much my stories are messed up and  I'm not even sure if I should keep updating... ( -.- ) GAHH SAD FACE!!! MY HEAD IS CONFUSED NOW! o.o  <<< Sorry had a moment >.<

okay so i started working on a new story and i saved it a couple of times but didnt publish it or anything . then i went back on wattpad a few hours later and my story was completely gone. i havent saved it on anything but wattpad and now im really sad! please do something wattpad! i would really like my story back! :(

on my page i had 3 new fans yesterday, and ever since the technical difficulties they all disappeared! will they return when the problem is fixed???? 

Posted two chapters for a new story today called Protostigma. Everything was fine for a few hours, but now it's gone. It was even removed from a friend's library. Also, while on my profile page I cant use the dropdown menu leading to my news, library, PM's and so on. I can only use it if I'm on another page besides my profile.

I know those of you at WattPad are working very hard to fix this, and the problem is probably due to no fault of your own. I just wanted to let you know what was happening on my end, mainly with the dropdown menu not working, because I haven't seen anyone mention that yet. Anyways, thanks for all your hard work. I'm excited for this to be fixed, but I understand it will take some time. : )

i am having a problem, i have added a new chapter to my story twice now and it showed up for like 3 hours and now it's gone!

I saved my story and ut's no longer there! What do I do! :x

why is that i just logged out a while ago but when i logged in now, my story (2 chapters) is gone? i'm sure that i published it because there others who read it already. i worked for that story, i dont any reserve copy, i just typed it directly here.. waaaah... pls help....

Yesterday I posted my new story like three times but same issue as some others. Its up for an hour and then when I come to check it out, its gone. I can upload new chapters just fine but its that problem already mentioned. Can you please fix it? Thank you.

I had Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 of my story uploaded, and I was working on Chapter 3 but then I forgot a detail so I went back to look for it in Chapter 1 but it's gone!! The Chapter I mean. It shows two parts but all I can see is Chapter 2. I don't have it saved any where on my computer so I can't load it up again. I'm not sure if it's just a fault or I've accidentally clicked something that's done it. I think it's NOT the latter.

Also (on the same story) I had written some more onto a chapter (I hadn't uploaded it then) and I had to go so I saved and exited, but when I came back the bit I had written up had gone!

What has happened and will Chapter 1 come back?????!!

My new reads arent getting added to my overall reads

when i make a change to a chapter and hit save...there is no save and publish button....and its not changing in the book...it is saved the right way in my account but not the book..what do i do?

For some reason one of my stories disappeared in the 'My Works' section on my profile, though I click the 'Upload' tab it's still seen as one of my stories. Is this a glitch, or is my story gone? :s

I added a story to my account two days ago and the summary and cover still haven't shown up for other people to see. Today I've decided to try different formats for the cover to see if that worked better, so I might have to wait a little while more for that since I changed it, but is it normal for it to take this long for the summary to show up?

I saved three chapters of a story as "Draft". Now that I open them again, they are empty! Is it still saved somewhere? I didn't delete them, they just returned blank.
