Managing your Premium subscription on Google Play

To manage your Premium subscription on Android, you need to go through the Google Play store. Wattpad is not able to manage any subscription changes on your behalf. 

Please note: 

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them.
• If you cancel during a free trial period, you might lose access to the subscription immediately.
• If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, you need to cancel it at least 24 hours before. 

To access your subscription settings:

1. Open the Google Play app .
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions  Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel subscription.
6. Follow the instructions.

I don't have an Android device anymore. 

If you don't have an Android device anymore, please follow the steps below from a computer. 

1. Go to play.google.com.
2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
3. On the left, click My subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Click Manage  Cancel Subscription.

When you cancel a subscription you’ll still be able to use your subscription for the time you’ve already paid.

Please note, uninstalling the app or closing the account will not cancel your subscription.
