Coins purchased not in wallet - iOS

**RESOLVED**

Hi Wattpadders,

We’re aware of an issue where users who purchased coins via the App Store, did not receive such coins. This has now been fixed, and it is available in the 10.2.1 version of the iOS app. Please follow these steps: 

1. Update to version 10.2.1 - if you don't see this version you may need to wait for the next 24h. 
2. Log out
3. Log back in (killing/closing the app won't help) 
4. Go to your wallet and see if you have the coins purchased

If you’re still experiencing the same issue after updating the app to version 10.2.1, please submit a ticket.
