Profile gives "not logged in" error, no way to log in - Android

Hi Wattpadders,

We're currently investigating an issue where the profile icon is blank and users receive a "not logged in" error. 

We have a workaround for users experiencing this issue. Trying these steps in this order should allow you to use the app again.

1. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
2. Open your device settings.
3. Selects Apps, then find Wattpad.
4. Select Storage and cache.
5. Tap Clear storage and tap clear cache.

If you encounter the “not logged in” error, closing and reopening the app should prompt you to log in again. Once logged in, the app should function as expected.
