Go ahead, judge a book by its cover! With Desygner or Canva you can make fun, eye-catching covers to attract readers to your story, both on web and on the app.
If you're creating a cover on the app, you'll be using Desygner. You can learn more about what Desygner has to offer by going to their page here! Make sure that you have the Book Cover Maker by Desygner app installed, as this is where you'll create the cover for your Wattpad story.
If you're creating a cover on the web, you can use Canva, which you can learn more about here.

Create a cover with Desygner (iOS & Android)
- Navigate to your story
- Tap Create Cover with Desygner
- Choose a template or start from a black canvas, then edit them with the Desygner tools.
- Tap the
More button in the right corner, and tap Export. - Tap Upload to Wattpad
- Select your story
Your cover is complete and added to your story!
Create a cover with Canva (Web)
- Navigate to the story details of the story
- Select Create Cover
- Use the templates or upload your own photos, then edit them with the Canva tools.
- Click Use
Your cover is complete and added to your story!
