Fix or troubleshoot most problems with App

Bugs and temporarily glitches tend to happen from time to time. 

If you are experiencing issues on the app, please see the steps below.

  1. Toggle your wi-fi/data connection off and on again, or try connecting to another wi-fi network.
  2. Try logging out and back into your account, making sure to completely close the app.
  3. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
