Receiving delayed or no notifications at all?

On iOS, Android, or Windows Phone

  1. Turn off your notification settings and save these changes. Wait a few minutes before turning them on again.
  2. Toggle your wi-fi/data connection off and on again, or try connecting to another wi-fi network.
  3. Try logging out and back into your account, making sure to completely close the app.
  4. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

On the Web

  1. Turn off your notification settings and save these changes. Wait a few minutes before turning them on again.
  2. Turn your wireless/wired connection off and on again, or try connecting to another wi-fi network.
  3. Try logging out of your account, clearing your browser’s cache/cookies, and logging back in again.
  4. Try accessing your account using a different browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome.
