If you’ve ever changed your mind about edits you’ve made to a story part, you can restore older versions of your stories through revision history. If you're missing content from your part, it's always helpful to check the revision history on both the app and the web just in case.
Please note that revisions will only be saved when writing online.
Select a platform for more details.
On iOS
- Tap the
Create button in the bottom navigation bar - Navigate to your story part
- Tap Part at the top of the screen
- Select Revision History
- Choose a date/time
- Tap Restore in the top right corner
On Android
- Tap the Create button in the bottom navigation bar
- Navigate to your story part
- Tap the
More options button in the upper right-hand corner - Select Revision History
- Choose a date/time
- Tap Restore in the top right corner
On Web
- Select Write on the top navigation bar
- Navigate to your story part
- Click the
More button in the upper right-hand corner - Click the View button
- Choose a date/time
- Click Restore in the top right corner
Troubleshooting
If you’re having trouble finding a specific revision, please make sure to check the web and app versions. If you're still unable to find your missing content, please submit a Support request to us. You can submit a request by clicking ‘Fix a problem / Contact us’ to the right of or below this article. Make sure to write to us from the email that your account is linked to.
