Grab another Wattpadder's attention by adding them to the conversation in a comment, or by mentioning them in a story by tagging them in it by their username.
When a Wattpadder is mentioned in a comment or in a story part, their name will appear as a link, which leads to their Wattpad profile. They will also receive a notification that you have mentioned them.
Please note that there is a limit to how many people you can mention that you’re not following.
How to mention a Wattpadder (All platforms)
In a comment or message:
- Type an @ followed by the username (no space in between)
In story text:
- Type @
- Start typing the username or scroll through the list of generated usernames and select one
- Click Enter or Return
