• The service is available 24/7. No queues, no wait time!
• Our Virtual Helper is multilingual. That means you can get answers in your own language. To switch languages, simply type at least 50 characters in that language. For a list of languages our Virtual Helper can chat in, see the list at the bottom of this article.
