Access your previous Support tickets and check your ticket status

When you submit a request or report to Wattpad, a ticket is created. The ticket will have a status that tells you where it is in the process.

Here are what the different ticket statuses mean:

  • Open: When you submit a ticket, it will be set to "Open". If a ticket is labeled "Open", your ticket is waiting for a reply from an agent. It is still in the queue, and an agent should answer within 24 hours (longer on weekends).
  • Awaiting your reply: We are waiting for a response from you. If you received an auto-response from us that requires an answer, you will need to respond to it before the ticket will be given to an agent. If you do not respond within 7 days, the ticket will automatically be closed.
  • Solved or Closed: The ticket has been solved or closed. This could mean two different things:
    • That the issue has either been solved or all questions have been answered.
    • The issue has been documented and/or escalated to the developers. The agent will let you know before solving the ticket. You can reply to reopen this ticket if you still have questions.
Please remember that if you don’t respond within 7 days, the ticket will automatically be closed and that once a ticket has been closed/solved for more than 7 days, it can’t be reopened. You will need to create a follow-up ticket or send in a new ticket.
