Buttons faded or grey - Web

**RESOLVED**

Hey Wattpadders,

We have been getting reports that Wattpadders on Web have been finding the login buttons faded or "greyed out". This has also been happening with other buttons in the Writing and Messaging areas.

Our team is currently working on resolving this issue, so please bear with us while we get to the bottom of this!  We're currently asking if you can send us the console log on the login page.

On Mac:

1. Command + Option + J
2. Right click/two finger tap on the screen that pops up on the right
3. Click "Save as"
4. Attach the downloaded .log file in your response

On Windows:

1. CTRL + Shift + J
2. Right click on the screen that pops up on the right
3. Click "Save as"
4. Attach the downloaded .log file in your response

This will be extremely helpful for our developers in identifying the problem. In the meantime, please try the following troubleshooting steps to see if it fixes the issue:

1. Refresh the page.
2. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then log back into your account.
3. If you have an ad-blocker service enabled try disabling it.
4. Try logging into your account using a different browser such as Firefox, Chrome, or Safari to see if this issue persists across browsers.
