Troubleshooting your Coin purchase

Sometimes when you make a coin purchase, if you've used a third-party method of payment (not debit or credit card directly as a payment method), you may experience delays until the payment is fully authorized and not see the coins in your wallet right away. 

If you haven't received your coins, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your profile, open your wallet and, X out
  2. Log out and then back in, making sure to completely close the app.
  3. Try to uninstall and reinstall the app.

You can also wait for 24h until the payment is posted. 

If you continue to have issues, you can click on 'Fix a problem / Contact us' at the button of this page to submit a ticket. Make sure to include a screenshot or screen recording of what you see on your end to help us better understand the problem.
