Getting support on Wattpad

If you have questions about how to use Wattpad or you encounter an issue, there are multiple ways to get support:

Help Center

If you’re reading this, you’ve already located our Help Center, so you know one of the ways to get support on Wattpad. We have articles on a variety of topics, including how to use different features and news and updates from Wattpad. Our Help Center is currently translated into Bahasa Indonesian, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, and Turkish. 

Check out our Known Issues page to see what major bugs we are working on fixing. If you are experiencing an issue and don’t see it on our Known Issues page, we recommend submitting a Support request to Support (see instructions below).

On iOS

  1. Go to your profile (tap on your profile picture in the top right)
  2. Tap the Settings button
  3. Tap Help & Support
  4. Tap Help Center

On Android

  1. Go to your profile (tap on your profile picture in the top right)
  2. Tap the Settings button
  3. Tap Help & Support
  4. Tap Help Center

On Web

Option 1:
  1. Click on your username in the upper right-hand corner
  2. Click Help

Option 2:
You can reach the Help Center directly at support.wattpad.com (maybe bookmark it for future use!).


Submitting a Support request

Submitting a Support request is the best way to contact Wattpad Support and speak directly with a member of our support team. A support agent will respond to your request within 24-48 hours. Please note: it’s best to contact us using the email address linked to your Wattpad account. After a request has been submitted, you can view any of your previous reports or current request status

Often, issues are related to a caching problem, and following our Troubleshooting steps can help solve the issue quickly.   1. Go to your profile (tap on your profile picture in the top right)
  2. Tap the Settings button
  3. Tap  Help & Support
  4. Tap Submit a Support Ticket
  5. If your bug is not listed under the Known Issues, tap My issue isn’t listed

On Android

  1. Go to your profile (tap on your profile picture in the top right)
  2. Tap the Settings button
  3. Tap Help & Support
  4. Tap Submit a Support Ticket
  5. If your bug is not listed under the Known Issues, tap My issue isn’t listed

On Web

  1. Click on your username in the upper right-hand corner
  2. Click Help
  3. Once in the Help Center, open the Known Issues page
  4. If your bug is not listed under our Known Issues, click Contact Us
